Worthy, a three-time NBA champion with the Los Angeles Lakers and a Hall of Fame inductee, was announced as one of the NBA’s 75 greatest players as the league tipped off its 75th season across three days from October 19-21.

The NBA 75th Anniversary Team was selected by a panel of current and former NBA players, coaches, general managers, league executives, and more. Worthy, who was also named to the NBA’s 50th Anniversary Team in 1996, adds this honor to a long list of accomplishments on the hardwood. Now, he carries that into a successful business and broadcasting career.
